Hi everyone,

I'd just like to do the usual announcement reminding people that there is a bibliography, and that they should use the form instead of sending me incomplete references directly 😃

Cheers,

Thomas

Dear all,

Thank you, Renate, for setting up the agenda for the Business Meeting. I can say something, but will not need more than 5 minutes.

I am looking forward to seeing you all - even if it is online again.

Best, Markus

Dear all,

I want to start to organize the AIW Business Meeting, which will take place on July 14, 2021, 7pm-8pm EEST (=9am-10am PST).

Do you have any topics for the business meeting? I would suggest that we limit presentations to 5-10 minutes per topic. I have the following suggestions:

  • Mandates: I would like to introduce our new mandates during the meeting: Sonja for the AIW Journal and Markus for Museums. I suggest giving Sonja 10 minutes for her presentation on the journal project. Markus, do you want to make a presentation, too?

  • AIW 2022: Tania and Carlo should present their plans for the AIW 2022 in Luxembourg.

  • AIW 2023: I will ask Judit Kádár, whether she is still interested to organize the 2023 AIW in Budapest/Hungary.  I will also ask Mathilde Roza, whether she is still interested to organize the 2023 AIW in Nijmegen/Netherlands. In case both are interested they should make a short presentation and in case they need a vote this year, we will have to vote on this.

  • AIW 2024: I will ask Livia Savelkova, whether she is still interested to organize the 2024 AIW in Pardubice/Czech Republic and whether she wants to make a presentation and needs a vote for Pardubice this year.

  • Finances: I will give a short presentation on our financial situation.

Do you have further topics for the business meeting?

Best,

Renate
