Again, allow me to express my gratitude for being entrusted with the AIW 2026 conference. I confess that I did not know that I would then be able to join the AIW Committee (this is not the reason why I proposed Geneva for 2026!!) and I am further honored that I will get to work with such a great group of scholars and people who do so much for our discipline. I am just sorry that my arrival means your departure, Carlo!
