Der list-Server für amavis.org steht im Netz des DFN bei der charite und er soll dort weg. Fair enough. Wir waren dort viele Jahre Gast und wurden gut versorgt. Das neue Zuhause soll der list.sys4.de sein und dazu müssen wir den MX-Eintrag in der DNS-Zone amavis.org ändern. Kennt jemand den / die Owner der Domain amavis.org oder befindet diese Person sich vielleicht sogar auch hier auf dieser Liste? In diesem Fall bitte im um offlist Kontakt, denn über den Registrar bin ich nicht zum Ziel gekommen. Mails von extern ablehnen, die von eigener Domain kommen

Hallo zusammen, ich habe einen Mailserver mit Postfix und Dovecot. Die IMAP-Postfächer im Dovecot liegen in einer Textdatei. Nun möchte ich den Postfix so konfigurieren, dass er Mails von außen ablehnt, die als Absender Adressen haben, die im Dovecot als Postfach existieren. Der Postfix soll dabei idealerweise automatisch lokal gucken, ob ein Postfach mit diesem Absender im Dovecot existiert und dann eine entsprechende Mail ablehnen. (alles, was von außen mit dieser Absenderadresse kommt, soll als Spam angesehen und dementsprechend abgelehnt werden). if mail nicht vom eigenen Mailserver bzw. nicht aus "mynetwork" und Absender gleich einer der Postfachadressen, dann ablehnen. Kann mir dazu jemand erklären, wie ich das umsetzen kann? Vielen Dank vorab! Gruß Robert

Hallo Liste, habt ihr Erfahrung im Einrichten von PEC - Posta elettronica certificata in Postfix? geht das überhaupt, mit einer eigenen Domain am eigenen postfix Mailserver? oder braucht man dazu eine zusätzliche Domain, welche bei einem zertifizierten Anbieter gehostet wird? wenn möglich, wie würde das mit postfix umgesetzt? ich weiß nur, dass die PEC in Italien Pflicht ist (bei div Schriftverkehr) Vg, Andi

Ich möchte einfach verhindern, wenn ein E-Mail z.B. extern an office(a)irgendeinkunde.at versendet und der alias ("Verteiler" ) abt-versand(a)meinedomain.at im Feld CC steht, dass dieser alias (Verteiler) NICHT als solcher beim Kunden z.B. ersichtlich ist. Trotzdem möchte ich, dass der Kunde sieht, dass das E-Mail als CC auch an email1(a)meinedomain.at, email2(a)meinedomain.at und email3(a)meinedomain.at gesendet wurde Kann man das mit address rewriting umsetzen und wenn ja wie? Hi Admins, I have a problem on customer E-Mail Server with postfix-policyd-spf-python 2.9.2-1 (ubuntu 20.04) policyd-spf[3481328]: 550 5.7.23 Message rejected due to: SPF fail - not authorized. smtp_use_tls, postfix, dovecot

Im Zuge von Zertifikatumstellung testete ich meinen Mailserver und bekomme die Meldung, daß smtp STARTTLS nicht unterstützt sei. Würde das aber gerne aktiviert haben. Macht das dovecot oder postfix? In meiner postfix main.cf habe ich smtpd_use_tls=yes smtpd_tls_auth_only=yes Grüße Christoph

Hallo, ich habe schon sehr lange eine Email Adresse im Format "vornamenachname(a)gmail.com" Nur hat sich einer eine Adresse angelegt mit Punkt dazwischen. "vorname.nachname(a)gmail.com" Ab und an bekomme ich seine Post, das nervt, welche Software nimmt den Punkt raus und schickt mir ab und an seine Emails? Gruss

Mailman3 Integration

Hallo, ich verzweifel hier noch mit dem Umstieg von Mailman2 auf Mailman3. Mailman versucht Mails mit einem unsinnigen User zu verschicken, was Postfix natürlich nicht erlaubt, und ich finde nichts im Mailman wo man das konfigurieren könnte.
