Problem mit Absenderemail bei Relayhost

Hi, wir haben hier Postfix instanzen in der google cloud laufen und müssen daher mit einem relayhost (mailgun) arbeiten. Prinzipiell funktioniert diese Configruation und die Mails werden versendet. Wird eine eMail versendet erscheint der absender nicht als email(a)mydomain.de sonder als email=mydomain.de(a)mailserver.mydomain.de das so nicht gewollt ist. email(a)mydomain.de ist der account name auf dem mailserver. Hat jemand eine idee wie man das Problem beheben kann? Gruss Alex Meis

Sehr geehrte Liste, ich betreibe für Kunden einige kleine postfix Server in Zusammenhang mit Zarafa/Exchange/... als collaboration Server und Ciphermail als Verschlüsselungsgateway. Da ich fauler weise hierfür getrennte VMs (collaboration Server, Ciphermail) einsetze ist eine DSN Anforderung aus dem Client leider nicht möglich. Meine Idee war nun den DSN auf dem letzten Gate (Ciphermail) zum WEB per smtpd_command_filter: /^(RCPT\s+TO:<.*>.*\s+NOTIFY=.*)/ $1 /^(RCPT\s+TO:<.*>.*)/ $1 NOTIFY=SUCCESS,DELAY,FAILURE fest zu hinterlegen, so wie mit smtpd_discard_ehlo_keywords: [IP-des-collaboration Servers]/32 SUCCESS,DELAY,FAILURE 0.0.0.0/0 silent-discard, dsn ::/0 silent-discard, dsn dieses nur dem lokalen collaboration Server zu erlauben. Aus Richtung des Clients als Sender funktioniert dies auch, leider nicht in der Empfangsrichtung. Die Absender erhalten einen Fehler das die E-Mail nicht übermittelt wurde weil dsn nicht erlaubt sei. Erlaube ich für alle die dsn Funktion, so erhält jeder Absender ungefragt eine dsn. Auch nicht sinnvoll. Gibt es eine Möglichkeit den dsn auf bestimmte Absender (E-Mail Adressen) zu beschränken? So das z.B. Buchhaltung(a)xxx.zz und Mahnung(a)xxx.zzz ein dsn hinterlegt bekommt aber alle anderen der lokalen Domain bzw. externen Domains nicht. Danke fürs mitdenken. Olaf Boehm

Liebe Liste, ich spiele gerade in einer VM mit dovecot und Postfix rum, um die beiden etwas näher kennen zu lernen. Ich bin mir nicht sicher, ob mir eine Eintrag auf der Postfix-Seite oder der dovecot-Seite fehlt. Da der Fehler zwar in den dovecot-Logs auftaucht, aber im postfix-log zu sehen ist dass postfix die Mail auch kennt, vermute ich postfix als Schuldigen (also eigentlich mich als Schuldigen und postfix als den, der es ausbaden darf...). Postfix nimmt Mails nur in der VM selbst in Empfang, und auch da nur per sendmail o.ä., smtpd ist in master.cf auskommentiert. Versand per Smarthost/Relayhost oder eben Zustellung für lokale Benutzer per dovecot. /etc/aliases enthält einen Eintrag für root: root: foobar Den Benutzer foobar gibt es. Die Datei /etc/postfix/generic enthält ebenfalls einen Eintrag á la root foobar(a)example.org /etc/postfix/virtual enthält ebenfalls Einträge für root: root foobar(a)example.org root@vollerhostname foobar(a)example.org Sowohl generic als auch virtual sind in main.cf eingetragen. postmap bzw. postalias wurde für alle Dateien nochmal ausgeführt. Sende ich Mails per 'mail -s "blabla" foobar', kommen die bei dovecot an und gehen ins foobar-Postfach. Sende ich die Mails an root, gehen sie per Smarthost raus. So wie gewünscht. ############## Frage ############## Wieso habe ich relativ oft folgende Einträge im dovecot-Log: > lmtp(7332): Error: user root: Invalid settings in userdb: userdb > returned 0 as uid Das postfix-Log enthält ebenfalls Einträge für die Mails, die dann aufgrund von dovecots Anwort deferred werden. spam filter nicht im Eingriff (postfix - amavis - dovecot)

Irgendwie kriege ich mein Spamfilter nicht ans laufen. Es kommt mir vor, als bekomme es gar keine Mail zu Gesicht. Mein host hat den Namen mail.mydomain.org. IN meine /etc/hosts steht zwar auch noch (Ubuntu Eigenheit?) 127.0.1.1 mail.mydomain.org aber wenn ich den Host auflöse # host mail.mydomain.org bekomme ich die IP, über die er im Netz von außen zu sehen ist Hilfe willkommen, Grüße Christoph

"Sender address rejected: not owned by user" mit einer Subdomain

Hallo Zusammen, ich möchte mit einem angemeldeten Benutzer unter verschiedenen E-Mail-Adressen Mails versenden. Die Absendeadressen sollen wie folgt aussehen: random(a)subdomain.domain.com Folgende Optionen sind u.a. im Postfix aktivert (werden weitere Angaben benötigt?): smtpd_sender_restrictions = reject_authenticated_sender_login_mismatch permit_mynetworks, reject_sender_login_mismatch, permit_sasl_authenticated, reject_unlisted_sender, reject_unknown_sender_domain Die reject_authenticated_sender_login_mismatch & reject_sender_login_mismatch kann man doch ja mittels smtpd_sender_login_maps = proxy:mysql:/opt/local/etc/postfix/mysql/postfix-mysql-virtual_alias_maps.cf dbm:/opt/local/etc/postfix/login_maps ergänzen. Der Inhalt der dbm:/opt/local/etc/postfix/login_maps (die dann mit postmap erzeugt wird) ist: @domain.com user(a)domain.com test(a)subdomain1.domain.com user(a)domain.com @subdomain1.domain.com user(a)domain.com @subdomain2.domain.com user(a)domain.com Das Problem, was ich nun habe: @domain.com user(a)domain.com ----> funktioniert wunderbar, kann Mails als est1(a)domain.com test2(a)domain.com test3(a)domain.com versenden test(a)subdomain1.domain.com user(a)domain.com ----> funktioniert auch @subdomain1.domain.com user(a)domain.com ----> FUNKTIONIERT NICHT. Egal was ich anstelle, ich bekomme es nicht hin. Die subdomain1.domain.com ist in der domain Liste eingetragen Dazu benutze ich den ViMbAdmin @subdomain2.domain.com user(a)domain.com ----> geht! Die subdomain2 ist NICHT in der Doamin Liste eingetragen. Also Wildcards mit subdomain muss an sich funktionieren. Würde mich sehr freuen, wenn sich hier jemand das bitte anschauen könnte! spam wird nicht gefiltert - spamassassin amavis postfix dovecot

Seit einiger Zeit versuche ich nun, mein spamfilter irgendwie greifen zu lassen, aber es will nicht funktionieren. Ich habe postfix mail_version = 3.1.0 Ubuntu 16.04 dovecot 2.2.22 (fe789d2) spamassassin, clamav-amavis installiert und auch die EInträge in den diversen Konfigurationsdateien, aber ein Test mit emailsecuritycheck.net ist nicht erfolgreich. Keine Email wird markiert oder herausgefiltert. postfix mail_version = 3.1.0 Ubuntu 16.04 dovecot 2.2.22 (fe789d2) Ich versuche derzeit, zu unterbinden, daß bestimmte IP Adressen dauernd bei mir (smtpd) anklopfen, weshalb ich sie schon im Moment der Verbindung über eine client_acces und/oder blackliste abweisen will. Aber irgendwie scheint es, als greife das Filter nicht. Es kommt immerhin zu einem AUTH Versuch, wenn ich das richtig interpretiere. Whitelisting anhand der Absender Adresse

Hallo, ich habe den Auftrag Mails von bestimmen Absendern immer zuzulassen. Da ich bisher damit gescheitert bin meine Frage / Bitte ob ihr hier eine Möglichkeit seht. Dies muss unabhängig des Senden Mailserver und auch dann wenn der Absender Server auf Blacklist steht oder der SPF die Mails ablehnen würde. Laut meinen Test funktioniert die Whitelist hinter „check_client_access“ nur, wenn ich dort die Daten des Absender Server eintrage. Amavis/Spamassassin Logging

Hallo zusammen, ich habe hier ein Postfix am Laufen mit Amavis und Spamassassin. Spamassassin wird von Amavis eingebunden, Amavis hängt wiederum als smtp_proxy_filter im Postfix. Das funktioniert auch alles soweit ganz gut. Das einzige was mich stört, ich krieg irgendwie keine vernünftige Logausgabe von Amavis. Ich würde gerne den Spam-Tag (i.e. X-Spam-Status) im Maillog haben. Der einzige Weg den ich gefunden habe ist mit log_level >= 3 von amavis. Der Logt aber auch ganz viel Zeugs das mich überhaupt nicht interessiert.
