Boh in der Tat schwer zu checken, ich wuerde fast darauf tippen dass es ein Bounce an die Liste war ( spf,dkim fail ), dieser wurde an alle Listuser "falsch" weitergeleitet und von deinem Server abgelehnt, du wurdest darueber wie configuriert unterrichtet
aber sowas aehnliches hatten wir schon mal da war es ein bug
