Dear James, decisions on further AIW locations have to be made by the general assembly during the Business Meeting, not in the Committee Meeting. The Committee Meeting should be held in advance of the Business Meeting and can be outside of the main conference time. The AIW Business Meeting instead is part of the AIW and should be held during conference time, so that all participants to the AIW have a chance to attend and take part in the discussion and voting process. Mathilde Roza from Radboud University Nijmegen/Netherlands. She already has a suggestion for a topic: "Indigenous perspectives on Europe and Europeans." We will have to discuss this, as well as the suggestion of Livia Savelkova for the AIW 2024 in Pardubice/Czech Republic, during the Business Meeting 2021. James, you should plan enough time for the Business Meeting to be able to discuss all these suggestions and for the voting. Moreover we have to discuss how to organize the online voting proceedure.
